第1章. B细胞的发育与成熟

自从1965年发现B细胞以来(Cooper et al. 1965),我们对B细胞发育、成熟和功能的理解取得了长足进步。目前,已经鉴定出许多B细胞亚群,包括B-1、B-2和调节性B细胞。B-1细胞主要来源于胎肝(fetal liver),具体可分为B-1a和B-1b亚群;B-2细胞起源于骨髓(BM),可进一步分为滤泡B(FOB)和边缘区B(MZB)细胞;调节性B细胞(Bregs)常认为通过产生抗炎细胞因子IL-10等来抑制免疫反应。B细胞的耐受性是经由若干检查点建立,包括BM中的B细胞发育(中枢耐受)以及外周B细胞成熟和激活(外周耐受)。本章将重点关注B-1和B-2细胞,介绍它们发育和成熟过程中重要的调控过程。
